Welcome to BeeBright ("BeeBright", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website, mobile application, or services.

By downloading, accessing, or using BeeBright, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

BeeBright is licensed, not sold, to you for use on Apple-branded devices. Your use of the application from the Apple App Store is also governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

BeeBright is a parental control platform designed to help parents and guardians monitor and manage children's digital activities.

You must be at least 18 years old or a legal guardian to use BeeBright.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree not to misuse BeeBright or use it for unlawful surveillance.

BeeBright encrypts sensitive data and does not sell user data for marketing purposes. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.

Purchases made in the BeeBright iPhone app are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system and are governed by Apple's terms; they are managed, cancelled and refunded through Apple. Subscriptions bought on our website are paid by card through PayTR and renew automatically at the end of each period at the plan's normal price until you cancel. The pre-information form, distance sales contract, right of withdrawal, cancellation and refund terms for website purchases are set out in our Sales Terms at beebright.ai/sales-terms.

Continued use of the Service after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
