Sales Terms

These Sales Terms apply when you buy a BeeBright Premium subscription on the beebright.ai website and pay by card. They contain the Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Contract required by Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği), together with information on the right of withdrawal, cancellation and refunds.

Subscriptions bought inside the BeeBright iPhone app are purchased from Apple and are governed by Apple's terms (see section 4).

These Sales Terms apply together with our Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Before you place your order, we provide you with the following information in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation. By confirming your order at checkout, you confirm that you have read and understood this information.

BeeBright Premium is a digital subscription for the BeeBright iPhone app, which helps parents manage their children's screen time with green, yellow and red app zones: time spent in green apps earns time in yellow apps, and red apps stay blocked.

To use the service you need an iPhone with the BeeBright app installed and a BeeBright account. The service is provided electronically; no physical goods are delivered.

Prices are in Turkish lira, VAT included:

• Monthly plan: ₺299,00 per month
• Yearly plan: ₺2.390,00 per year
• The total you will pay is shown on the checkout page before you confirm your order. BeeBright charges no delivery fee or other extra charges.
• Partner and voucher discounts apply to the first payment only. Renewals are charged at the plan's normal price.

Payment is made by card on the beebright.ai website through PayTR (paytr.com), a licensed payment institution in Türkiye. Your card details go directly to PayTR; BeeBright never sees or stores them.

The first payment is verified with 3D Secure. Your card is then stored securely by PayTR so that automatic renewals can be charged.

Premium is unlocked on your family's BeeBright account immediately after your payment is approved. Delivery is electronic.

Your subscription runs for the plan period you choose (one month or one year). Unless you cancel, it renews automatically at the end of each period for the same length, at the plan's normal price, charged to the card stored by PayTR.

You can cancel at any time from your account page on beebright.ai or by emailing dev@beebright.ai. Cancelling stops future renewals; Premium stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before the current period ends.

Premium is a digital service that is provided electronically and starts immediately, with your approval, when you pay. Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal therefore does not apply. See section 3 for details.

You can send complaints and requests to dev@beebright.ai or to the address above. In case of a dispute, you can also apply to a Consumer Arbitration Committee or a Consumer Court (see section 5).

This Distance Sales Contract (the "Contract") is concluded electronically between the Seller and the Buyer named below, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Seller: BeeBright (BURAK AYAN YAZILIM VE BİLİŞİM HİZMETLERİ), Ayazağa Mah. Kemerburgaz Cad. Vadi İstanbul Park Sitesi 7A Blok No:7B Kat:2 İç Kapı No:4, Sarıyer – İstanbul, Türkiye; email: dev@beebright.ai. The Seller's other details are given in section 1.1 of the Pre-Information Form.

Buyer: the person who places the order on beebright.ai, identified by the name and email address registered on the BeeBright account used for the order.

The subject of this Contract is the sale and provision of the BeeBright Premium subscription plan (monthly or yearly) chosen by the Buyer on beebright.ai, and the rights and obligations of the parties under Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

The price is the VAT-included price of the chosen plan, as shown on the checkout page before the order is confirmed (Monthly plan ₺299,00 per month; Yearly plan ₺2.390,00 per year).

Payment is made by card through PayTR. The first payment is verified with 3D Secure. The Buyer authorises the automatic renewal payments to be charged to the card stored by PayTR.

Partner and voucher discounts apply to the first payment only; later periods are charged at the plan's normal price.

The service is delivered electronically and immediately, by unlocking Premium on the Buyer's family BeeBright account as soon as the payment is approved. There is no physical delivery.

The Contract takes effect when the payment is approved and runs for the chosen plan period (one month or one year). Unless the Buyer cancels, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period for the same length, at the plan's normal price.

The Buyer may cancel the subscription at any time from the account page on beebright.ai or by emailing dev@beebright.ai. Cancelling stops future renewals; Premium remains available until the end of the period already paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, no partial refund is given for the remaining part of the period.

The provisions on the right of withdrawal are set out in section 3 of this page and form an integral part of this Contract.

The Seller shall provide Premium as described in the Pre-Information Form for the whole period paid for, and shall process the Buyer's personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The Buyer shall give accurate information when ordering, keep the account login details safe, use the service in accordance with the Terms & Conditions, and pay the price of the service.

This Contract is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over disputes, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade (see section 5).

By confirming the order and completing payment at checkout, the Buyer declares that they have read and understood the Pre-Information Form and this Contract and accepts them electronically. The Contract is concluded when the payment is approved. The text of the Contract remains available on this page at all times and can be saved or printed.

As a rule, consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason and without paying a penalty.

However, under Article 15(1) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for services performed instantly in electronic form or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer (point ğ), or to contracts for services whose performance has started, with the consumer's approval, before the withdrawal period ends (point h).

BeeBright Premium is a digital service whose performance starts electronically as soon as your payment is approved. By completing the payment, you request and agree that the service starts immediately, before the withdrawal period ends. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply to your purchase.

This does not affect your other legal rights, for example if you are charged in error (see section 4).

• Stopping renewal: cancel from your account page on beebright.ai, or email dev@beebright.ai. Please write from the email address registered on your BeeBright account so we can find your subscription.
• After you cancel: no further renewals are charged, and Premium stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• No partial refunds: payments already made are not refunded for the remaining part of the period, except where the law requires it.
• Charges made in error: if you are charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged a wrong amount, contact us at dev@beebright.ai and we will refund the incorrect amount.
• How refunds are paid: refunds go back to the same card used for the payment, through PayTR. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear on your card.
• Purchases through Apple: subscriptions bought in the BeeBright iPhone app are paid to Apple and governed by Apple's terms. They are managed, cancelled and refunded through Apple (on your iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions; refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com). We cannot cancel or refund Apple purchases for you.

If something goes wrong, please contact us first at dev@beebright.ai. We will try to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.

These Sales Terms and the Distance Sales Contract are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

In case of a dispute, you can apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or the Consumer Court (Tüketici Mahkemesi) where you live or where you made the purchase, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade. Applications to Consumer Arbitration Committees can also be made online through e-Devlet.

If you live outside Türkiye, these terms do not take away any mandatory consumer rights that the law of your country of residence gives you.
