Welcome to BeeBright ("BeeBright", "we", "us", or "our"). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our parental control application and services ("Service").

By using BeeBright, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We collect information only to provide and improve the BeeBright parental control service.

a. Account Information

When you create an account, we may collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Parent account information
• Login credentials

b. Device Information

To provide parental control functionality, BeeBright may collect device identifiers, app usage statistics, and screen time information.

c. Location Information

With your permission, your child's phone shares its last known location with you in the app. This is optional and can be turned off at any time in the phone's settings. BeeBright staff never see where your child is: for support, they only see which country the phone is in.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

Subscriptions bought in the BeeBright iPhone app are processed by Apple through its In-App Purchase system, under Apple's own terms and privacy policy; we do not receive your payment details. Subscriptions bought on our website are paid by card through PayTR (paytr.com), a licensed payment institution in Türkiye. Your card details go directly to PayTR, which processes payment data as the payment institution and, for the services it provides to us, as our data processor. BeeBright never sees or stores your full card number. For website purchases we keep only what we need to manage your subscription and meet our legal obligations: the plan, amount, payment dates, payment status and the PayTR order reference.

BeeBright does not sell or share personal data for advertising or marketing purposes.

We implement encryption of sensitive data in transit and at rest, secure authentication systems, and restricted access to user data.

Users may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

BeeBright is a parental control application intended for use by parents or legal guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children directly without parental involvement.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of BeeBright after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
